Check the email address you entered, then look in Junk or Spam for a message from accounts@hustlenest.co.uk.

Wait for the one-minute resend countdown on the account screen before requesting another link. Use only the newest email. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact us below.

Go back to the account screen and request a fresh link. Open it in the same browser and browser profile where you requested it.

Keep one sign-in attempt in progress at a time. Don’t share the link or paste it into a chat: it gives access to your account.

Request the link in the browser you want to use for HustleNest. If your mail app opens a different browser, copy the button’s link directly into the original browser’s address bar.

Keep the original browser profile open. A private browsing window, a different device, or an app’s built-in browser may not share the sign-in attempt.

Choose Continue with ChatGPT, then use Add email sign-in in your account options if it is offered. Verify the same email and confirm the account link.

This keeps the same shop and order history. Don’t choose Create account to recover an existing account: that creates a separate account. Matching email addresses alone never combine accounts.

Use Sign out and start again on the account screen, then choose the sign-in method for the account you want.

If you’re unsure, contact us before creating another account. Support will never ask for a sign-in link, password or verification code.

Open My Hustle → Start selling. Save your shop profile and an item, complete Stripe TEST setup, then choose what to publish.

You can keep private drafts while setup is incomplete. Stripe TEST readiness is sandbox payment setup, not a real-world identity-verification badge.
